We have recently been notified of fraudulent emails being sent to businesses claiming to represent 604 Records and alleging intellectual property violations. These messages are not from us.

604 Records does not send copyright enforcement notices through unofficial accounts or third-party email addresses. Any legitimate communication from 604 Records will come directly from an email address ending in @604records.com. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from our company, please do not respond or provide any personal information. You may forward the message to info@604records.com for verification.

PLEASE READ: Recording Agreement Scam

We have recently been notified of a scam circulating involving fake social media accounts created using our staff names and in some cases, artists. The fake accounts are offering “recording agreements” to unsigned artists and requesting personal information. Please note that these accounts are fraudulent. We will always communicate official business using our company email addresses (ending with @604records.com). We do not communicate through a gmail account and would never negotiate an agreement through DM’s. If it looks suspicious, it probably is! You can always reach out to info@604records.com to verify if you have been contacted by someone who appears to be from our company.
