My Darkest Days was in a race against the clock when the Toronto rock band found out it had been added to the lineup of Nickelback's North American tour (which launched April 9). In just six months, a brand new album, the follow-up to their 2010 self-titled debut, had to be written and recorded.

Amanda and Tyler Wilkinson unveil new duo Small Town Pistols! (Listen! Watch!)

"Those crazy Wilkinson kids are at it again! Amanda and Tyler Wilkinson both branched off from their family band, The Wilkinsons (with their father, Steve Wilkinson), years ago to make a go of it on their own. Tyler teamed up with his friends to form, rock group, Motion Picture Ending and Amanda released her first solo album. Although they were both proud of those efforts there was still something missing."

1. It was quite the logistical challenge dealing with a spot with a lot of mirrors because the real world and the reflection world had to be shot separately and choreographed differently, but still make sense.

2. Carly Rae Jepsen was amazing to work with. She's so good at what she does and it only made our job easier. She also has a really great looking reflection.
